Job Description 
 
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for delivering top-notch customer service 
and support to our valued clients. Your role will encompass a wide range of responsibilities, including 
but not limited to: 
 
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: 
 
1. Customer Support: Provide prompt, friendly, and knowledgeable assistance to customers via various 
communication channels, including phone, email, and chat. 
2. Issue Resolution: Address and resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and concerns in a timely and 
effective manner, ensuring customer satisfaction. 
3. Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our products and services to provide accurate 
information and guidance to customers. 
4. Order Processing: Assist customers with order placement, tracking, and processing, ensuring 
accuracy and efficiency. 
5. Technical Assistance: Offer basic technical support and troubleshooting assistance for customers 
experiencing product-related issues. 
6. Documentation: Maintain accurate and organized records of customer interactions, transactions, 
and inquiries using our CRM system. 
7. Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with other departments, such as sales, marketing, and 
logistics, to ensure a seamless customer experience. 
8. Feedback Handling: Gather and relay customer feedback and insights to the appropriate teams to 
improve products and services. 
9. Customer Education: Educate customers about our products, services, and promotions to enhance 
their overall experience. 
10. Compliance: Adhere to company policies, procedures, and compliance standards at all times
